Who this book is for
My Mom Helps Customers Solve Problems is a coloring book for children aged 4 to 9 whose mom is a customer service. Inside are 34 big pictures of a real working day: getting ready in the morning and heading off to work, the busy, funny and even magical moments of the job, and coming home for the best hugs at the end of the day. Each picture has its own page and bold, simple outlines that are easy for small hands to color. It answers the big question every child asks: "What does my Mom do at work?" It makes a thoughtful gift for the child of a customer service, and a fun way to talk about the work Mom does every day. Download the PDF and print it at home as many times as your licence allows.
Great as a Mother's Day gift, for call centre pretend play or for community helpers lessons.
About this book
My Mom Helps Customers Solve Problems lets children see, and color, their mom's real working day. Every page shows Mom at work, from putting on the headset and answering calls to fixing mix-ups, finding lost parcels and sending happy customers on their way. Plus the funny moments (a parrot on the phone, a tangle of headset cords and a very long queue of ducks) and some big adventures: a help desk on the moon, helping a dragon who lost his treasure map and answering Santa's hotline.
Inside you'll find:
- 34 original pictures, each with a big title kids can color too
- Single-sided pages, so markers won't spoil the next picture
- A "Meet My Mom" page to draw her and fill in her name and favorite food
- A "Draw Yourself Helping a Customer" page and a color-in thank-you card for Mom
- A superhero finale: "My Mom Can Solve Any Problem. She Is My Superhero!"
- Large 8.5 x 11 inch pages with bold, easy outlines for ages 4 to 9
