Who this book is for

My Dad Works in a Big Warehouse is a coloring book for children aged 4 to 9 whose dad is a warehouse worker. Inside are 34 big pictures of a real working day: getting ready in the morning and heading off to work, the busy, funny and even magical moments of the job, and coming home for the best hugs at the end of the day. Each picture has its own page and bold, simple outlines that are easy for small hands to color. It answers the big question every child asks: "What does my Dad do at work?" It makes a thoughtful gift for the child of a warehouse worker, and a fun way to talk about the work Dad does every day. Download the PDF and print it at home as many times as your licence allows.

Great as a Father's Day gift or for community helpers lessons.

About this book

What does Dad do all day? Now kids can color it in!

My Dad Works in a Big Warehouse lets children see, and color, their dad's real working day. Every page shows Dad at work, from driving the forklift, scanning parcels and packing big boxes to loading the truck at the dock. Plus the funny moments (a mountain of bubble wrap, a blizzard of packing peanuts and a ride on the conveyor belt) and some big adventures: packing presents for Santa, a dinosaur egg and a parcel sent to the moon.

Inside you'll find:
  • 34 original pictures, each with a big title kids can color too
  • Single-sided pages, so markers won't spoil the next picture
  • A "Meet My Dad" page to draw him and fill in his name and favorite food
  • A "Draw yourself working in a big warehouse" page and a color-in thank-you card for Dad
  • A superhero finale: "My Dad Gets Everything Where It Needs to Go. He Is My Superhero!"
  • Large 8.5 x 11 inch pages with bold, easy outlines for ages 4 to 9
A thoughtful gift for Father's Day or a birthday. Part of the My Hero at Work series, with a Dad book and a Mom book for every job.
